when you have a question about a Foreclosured Home in the Lehigh Valley. You call us to Show you the Home. You WILL NOT call the Listing Agent…they work for the Seller Anyway.
2) WE REPRESENT YOU NOT THE SELLER (Bank) view Consumer Notice
3) I PROMISE to NOT call you and use any high pressure sales techniques on you and scare you into buying a home from us. I just want you to get the information you need.
6) WE PROMISE to follow our Home Buying Service commitments view them HERE when working with you to find your new home. WE WILL NEVER tell you, go find a home and when you want to see it give me a CALL! that is a joke…A Buyer Agent should find you the home that is what they are getting paid to DO (look at our Home Buying service commitments)
If you are going to use OUR services you will need to agree to our Rules of Conduct Above…these are our only requirements and feel they are beneficial to everyone concerned. It is better just to be upfront and honest from the start.

This search will be setup to send you only the types of Foreclosured/Bank Owned properties that fit your price range and specific criteria you are looking for. You will give us the basics and we may contact you for more specifics. You can drive by the homes..and when YOU are ready you can give us a call and we can show them to you within 24 hours notice in most cases.
